Role Overview:

As the Community Lead at Pipe Network, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our growing community of developers, contributors, and partners of the project. Your mission is to create an engaging, collaborative environment where members feel valued and inspired to contribute to the network’s success. You’ll be the voice of the community, advocating for their needs and helping Pipe Network grow through strategic outreach and dynamic engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and Support the Community: Actively engage with community members to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure they are supported throughout their journey with Pipe Network.

• Content Creation and Communication: Develop and maintain compelling content such as newsletters, community updates, event announcements, and guides to keep members informed, engaged, and inspired.

• Host Events and Meetups: Organize and lead virtual and in-person events like AMAs, meetups, and conferences, fostering connections and promoting Pipe Network’s mission within the broader community.

• Build and Manage Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key community members, partners, and contributors, driving ecosystem growth and increasing engagement.

• Advocate for the Community: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that community feedback is heard, addressed, and incorporated into product decisions, helping shape the evolution of Pipe Network.

• Monitor and Grow Engagement: Track community growth and engagement metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the overall community experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management, developer relations, or a similar role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for building and fostering communities.

• Ability to create engaging, informative content for diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized networks.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote, globally distributed team.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the Solana blockchain or other blockchain ecosystems.

• Experience organizing and hosting community-driven events, meetups, or hackathons.

• Background in developer communities or technical ecosystems.
