All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Pipe Network, including but not limited to software, documentation, logos, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Pipe Network. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without prior written permission from us.
8. Payments and Tokens
Certain services or participation as a node operator may involve the use of digital tokens or payments. Any transactions involving Pipe Network tokens are subject to applicable blockchain protocols and market conditions. Pipe Network is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from token transactions, including fluctuations in value or security breaches.
9. Termination
Pipe Network may terminate or suspend your access to our services, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
