Role Overview:

As a Developer Relations Specialist at Pipe Network, you will be essential to building the bridge between the developer community and our internal teams. Your focus will be on engaging and supporting developers, advocating for their needs, and driving the growth of our developer ecosystem across key projects. This role requires you to empower developers by creating technical content, organizing events, and offering hands-on support to ensure their success in collaborating across the project. You’ll also play a key role in relaying developer feedback internally to help shape the direction of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the Developer Community: Build and maintain relationships with developers by understanding their needs, addressing technical challenges, and offering tailored solutions to help them succeed in building on Pipe Network.

• Create Educational Content: Develop high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, guides, and blog posts to provide developers with the resources they need to easily get started and continue building on Pipe Network.

• Host Developer-Focused Events: Organize and participate in hackathons, webinars, meetups, and industry conferences to showcase Pipe Network’s technology development and inspire developers to adopt and integrate our platform.

• Provide Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for developers, providing timely and effective support while troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring a smooth development experience.

• Gather Developer Feedback: Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay developer feedback, advocate for new features, and contribute to product improvements that enhance developer experiences on the platform.

• Drive Developer Engagement: Track and analyze developer engagement metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies to strengthen the developer ecosystem at Pipe Network.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a related role.

• Strong technical background, with knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3, and decentralized networks.

• Experience creating technical content, including documentation, tutorials, guides, and other resources.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building relationships within the developer community.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a globally distributed team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the Solana blockchain or other blockchain ecosystems.

• Background in software development or engineering.

• Experience hosting or participating in developer events such as hackathons, conferences, or meetups.
