Cluster restart artifacts

Live

During an announced mainnet restart: the coordinated parameters (checked by two operators), Pipe's independent cross-check (never authoritative) and the restart-slot snapshot, each signed. Your node verifies all of it against the announcement and keeps its local fallback.

Included in: Validator Ops (every size), Fast start.

The parameters, Pipe’s cross-check and each restart snapshot are signed by the service’s own key, listed in /attest/keys.json; your node checks them against the coordinated announcement, never against Pipe alone.
