One tier at a time, each a prepaid 30-day period. A tier bought while another runs starts when the current period ends. Add data feeds beside it, or hold feeds alone. The free tier needs no account and no key.

Data feeds

Add any feeds you need; each feed has its own key. Feeds combine with each other and with any stake tier, or run alone. Each feed is a line of its own with its own 30-day periods, and buying one never moves your tier’s periods. In the dashboard, one checkout buys a tier and several feeds together.

How billing works

Overage is opt-in. After a key uses its monthly quota, transfer continues at $0.016 per GiB (about $14.90 per TB), only if you set a monthly overage cap, and never beyond it.

• Plans are paid from your Pipe infrastructure credit. Add credit by card in the dashboard’s Billing page.
• Each purchase is one 30-day period. Buying the same plan again extends it; nothing renews by itself. Periods can be prepaid up to a year ahead.
• Hold a stake tier and any combination of data feeds at once. Each is its own line with its own periods, bought as its own purchase: a checkout of a tier and three feeds is four purchases under one consent.
• A key serves one line for its whole life: a stake-tier key follows your current tier, a feed key serves its feed, so each feed you hold needs its own key. Rate limits and monthly quotas apply to each key.
• A key works while its line has a paid period. Requests without a key always get the free public tier.

Endpoints

Send a key as Authorization: Bearer psol_… (or in an X-Pipe-Key header). Indexes, manifests and status files need no key. The endpoints are served from http://186.233.184.235:8080.
