Account attestations

A statement signed by Pipe (its key is in Pipe's signed key directory) that an account held a state at a slot, tied to mainnet's bank hash, for light clients, bridges and audits.
Included in: Pro, Operator.
Endpoints
Served from http://186.233.184.235:8080. Send a key as Authorization: Bearer psol_…. Indexes and status files need no key.

attest_account: Account-state attestations, signed per request with the production attestation key.
