Account proofs for lazy state

Start an ngSol node replaying in seconds: its first blocks' accounts arrive in signed batches tied to mainnet's bank hash, while the full state loads; it votes only once its own full state verifies.

Each answer is signed by its own service key, listed in /attest/keys.json.
Endpoints
Served from http://186.233.184.235:8080. Send a key as Authorization: Bearer psol_…. Indexes and status files need no key.
